Three new apprentices at Hagelschuer
At Hagelschuer, no trainee is thrown in at the deep end. We have been practicing a soft start for our trainees for several years. We attach great importance to making our newcomers feel welcome. To get to know our team and the company better, there is always a welcome presentation first. Afterwards, all organizational questions are clarified together with the trainers. After that, the company tour of the entire site begins. Even though today was not the very first day at Hagelschuer for Theresa, Alexander and Johannes, due to various internships, a little tension was still noticeable.
In any case, we are very happy about the reinforcement and welcome you as future (S)Teamplayers in the team!
