Apprenticeship start
WELCOME TO HAGELSCHUER
Mika Daldrup, Henrik Petersmann and Kai Lesting started their apprenticeships at Hagelschuer on 01/08/2021. They were welcomed warmly by the training team. This gave them a gentle start to their new life as apprentices. In his speech, Georg Hagelschuer emphasized how proud he is of the team for always managing to excite young people about craft professions. He is particularly pleased that work experience students have become apprentices. At Hagelschuer, training young people is and will remain a matter close to our hearts, and everyone is aware of the responsibility of the task of how to turn apprentices into qualified specialists. A subsequent company presentation introduced them to the entire company. After all organisational matters were clarified, Georg Hagelschuer gave all apprentices their new IPads. They had the opportunity to meet the entire Hagelschuer team during the company tour. The trainers then took their apprentices to the relevant departments.
As the German market leader in the steam and hot water systems sector, we mainly train our specialists for our own requirements. Therefore, as an attractive employer, we can offer our apprentices more than just a future-proof job.
What exactly do we offer? See for yourself!
