Career tour in Senden

Hagelschuer was represented as an exhibitor for the first time

Our mission to get pupils in years nine and ten interested in training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) started yesterday at 7 a.m. on the dot in front of the Steverhalle in Senden. Under the motto ” career trail”, the focus of this fair was entirely on practical work. The organizers and exhibitors deliberately dispensed with flyers, roll-ups, giveaways and competitions. Instead, around 500 pupils from secondary schools in Senden and Lüdinghausen had the opportunity to test out their practical skills. They were led in small groups to the various tables at the companies. The tasks were to be completed within a quarter of an hour. At our table, a feed pipe for the steam boiler was either assembled or disassembled. Using very detailed, technical 3D construction drawings, the students were able to complete this challenge. Our (S)team players provided numerous tips and assistance and answered all questions about the apprenticeship. It was a very exciting and extremely constructive day that was great fun for everyone.

Anyone who would like to put their skills to the test will have the next opportunity on 25.09.2024:

AnSchuB – Career Information Exchange
25.09.2024 from 10.00 to 14.00
