Hagelschuer offers a complete package of boiler maintenance and inspection services. Our twelve steam boiler experts in customer service identify and fix any weak point before it becomes a problem.
Rental boiler
With over 100 state-of-the-art steam and hot water systems, Hagelschuer has the most extensive portfolio of mobile steam and hot water rental systems in Germany.

Operating pressures up to 30 bar
We usually provide rental boilers for steam generation in sea containers or in GH containers (Hagelschuer special containers). We also provide rental boilers with capacities above 12 t/h without enclosure.
Hot water capacities from 1 to 25 MW
Hot water boilers for rent from Hagelschuer supply district heating networks of municipal utilities or are used to transport heat in industrial plants with hot water (over 110 ° C) or warm water (below 110 ° C) . Similar to our rental boilers, the systems are equipped for efficient steam supply.

Week after week, a new steam or hot water boiler plant from Hagelschuer goes into operation throughout Germany.
2011- 2015
While parts of the German plant engineering industry are still struggling with the aftermath of the economic crisis, Hagelschuer continues to focus on technical innovation. The service company transforms itself into a plant manufacturer for modular steam boilers.
The company now employs 60 people and has expanded its total floor space to 10,000 square meters through the construction of three additional hall ships.

Construction of the first steam boiler system with integrated air preheating to reduce fuel consumption and the first combined heat and power plant with gas engine (CHP) and downstream steam boiler
2012
Planning and realization of a waste heat steam boiler with 2 CHP units as CHP solution.
2013
Construction of the first pellet-fired steam boiler plant as a complete energy center.
2014
Construction of the first CHP plants with micro gas turbine and downstream steam generation.
2015
Introduction of SHE management system/ SCC** certification.
