Karla rental plant supports steam supply to the Vinnslustöðin hf. fishmeal factory in Vestmannaeyjar

These are the impressive transport statistics for our Karla rental boiler (12 t/h, 8.4 MW, 16.0 bar). It was shipped to our customer in Iceland at the beginning of January.
Exactly one year ago, we presented our former rental boiler Valentin (12 t/h, 8.4 MW, 16 bar) as our ‘Project of the Month for April 2024’. It has been in use in Iceland ever since, supplying steam. Now there has been another boiler failure. Because the project was so successful last year, the project managers turned directly to us again.
Thanks to the good cooperation with our strong partners, we were once again able to present a convincing concept for a rental plant. Since February 2025, our Karla rental plant has been supporting the local steam supply.
