Rapid assistance in an emergency – our service team demonstrates what genuine commitment means!

One of our customers in the Bitterfeld area discovered a leaking flange on the boiler connection of the Manostat beam. Immediately after receiving the call, our (S)Teamplayers set out to repair the damage. The customer immediately prepared everything necessary for the repair work.

Our experts were able to get started the very next day: the boiler had been shut down, depressurised, cooled and emptied. The damaged flange was removed and a new flange was professionally welded to the Manostat beam. Our (S)Team players then carried out the strength test.

The ZÜS inspection took place on the same day at 1 p.m. After our professionals had reassembled all components, the process steam was available again by the evening.

The following day, the complete documentation was available to both the expert and the customer.
