Fabian Rohlf from apprentice to master craftsman
Career at Hagelschuer
What a meteoric career! From outstanding apprentice to master craftsman in just six and a half years. On 1 August 2018, Fabian began his training as a plant mechanic at Hagelschuer. During the coronavirus pandemic, he completed his training after three and a half years in January 2022, achieving the top grade of ‘very good’ in front of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce examination board. Fabian then moved from assembly to customer service. There, he initially carried out minor repair work. After six months, he attended his first intensive training course lasting several weeks to expand his knowledge of electrical engineering. With the necessary basic knowledge and skills, he took on his first extensive commissioning projects for our new systems. In February 2023, in addition to his daily work in customer service, Fabian started a master craftsman course at the North Westphalia Chamber of Industry and Commerce to become a certified industrial master craftsman in metalworking. He achieved this goal last week, within just two years.
That is truly remarkable!
