Future prospects at Hagelschuer

At Hagelschuer, we invest specifically in training young talent – because our trainees are our skilled workers of tomorrow.

Today we would like to introduce you to Niels: he began his training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering on 1 August 2018. After successfully completing his training in 2021, Niels remained in our electrical engineering department as a team player and specialised in the installation and integration of burner technology into PLC control technology – a key area of expertise. Today, he is an indispensable part of our electronics team and an experienced contact person for complex tasks.

Training is not just a matter close to our hearts; it consciously pursues the goal of developing young talent into skilled workers and retaining them at Hagelschuer in the long term.
