Future prospects at Hagelschuer

Zukunftsperspektiven bei Hagelschuer – heute mit Fabian

today's focus: Fabian

At Hagelschuer, training is at the heart of our efforts to secure skilled workers – especially in demanding and technical professions. Our series ‘Future prospects at Hagelschuer’ shows how young talents can develop with us.

Today we introduce Fabian: he started his training as a plant mechanic with us on 1 August 2018 and, despite the challenging Corona period, completed it in January 2022 with the top grade of ‘very good’.

After completing his apprenticeship, Fabian moved to customer service, where he initially took on minor repairs and then gained further qualifications through intensive training in electrical engineering. With his expanded specialist knowledge, he soon took on responsibility for extensive commissioning of our systems. At the same time, he completed a master craftsman course in ‘Certified Industrial Master Metalworker’ in February 2023 – and successfully completed it within just two years.

Today, Fabian works worldwide as a customer service technician for Hagelschuer – from repairs to steam boiler systems in Guadeloupe to commissioning projects throughout Europe.

This development underscores how consistently we at Hagelschuer train and qualify young people and develop them into highly specialised (S)Team players in the long term.
