Hagelschuer Bus

Hagelschuer relies on bus advertising

With an enormous commitment to attracting motivated young talent, Hagelschuer is preparing the groundwork for long-term success. The company is already developing the new apprentice concept already in 2018. The building block strategy has now become very successfully established. At the same time, employer branding has been strategically expanded in recent years. When redesigning the company’s own homepage, for example, special attention was paid to the careers page. Here you will find not only vacancies or the various apprenticeships, but all the benefits and advantages that Hagelschuer has to offer as an employer.

A brand new bus now serves as an advertising medium to actively reinforce the existing recruiting measures. The company Reisedienst Lücke GmbH offered itself as an advertising partner for the Dülmen area. Just like Hagelschuer, the family business can look back on a 30-year tradition. The fleet consists of over 30 vehicles. Reisedienst Lücke travels throughout the entire Coesfeld district on behalf of all well-known transport companies. For Hagelschuer, this is the best prerequisite for bringing recruiting visually to the Coesfeld district. The graphic design was entrusted to Mr. Orel von Mynetworx, who is also otherwise responsible for the Hagelschuer design.

Since 01.02.22 the Hagelschuer bus is now on the road in the district of Coesfeld. Mr. Jan Lücke did not miss the opportunity and came personally with the freshly polished bus to Hagelschuer to proudly present the result of the Hagelschuer design. Georg Hagelschuer was enthusiastic and explicitly thanked all companies involved in the project for the excellent cooperation. Many thanks at this point to my wife Petra Hagelschuer for the sparkling idea. The result is really something to be proud of!” explains Georg Hagelschuer and adds with a twinkle in his eye: “Trainees join Hagelschuer – the journey will be exciting and successful!
