Magnetic flap indicator

The magnetic flap indicator is used to display the level in the feed water vessel. The liquid level is transmitted contactlessly to the display located on the outside of the tank via the magnet installedin the float. Plastic rollers or steel flaps with inserted bar magnets are installed at 10 mm intervals on the display for this purpose. If the liquid level rises or falls, the rollers or flaps are actuated by the bundled magnetic field of the permanent magnet system in the float rotated 180° through the wall. With this operating principle, the level of a tank can beread off from the colored display without additional auxiliary energy. The level switch on the magnetic flap indicator can also be used to regulate various switching points with the aid of the control technology. This ensures that there is always sufficient ready-prepared feed water available for the steam boiler.
