Pharmaserv rents two mobile steam boiler systems
Dietmar and Jürgen secure the steam supply for two different building complexes
Pharmaserv provides suitable properties for various companies from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the Behringwerke industrial park in Marburg. In addition, Pharmaserv offers its customers on site and throughout Germany industry-specific services in the areas of technology, logistics and site management.
Due to demolition and renovation work on one of the building complexes in the industrial park, existing supply lines for the steam supply had to be removed. Two parts of the building, whose leases still have several months to run, were also affected by the measures.
In order to ensure the steam supply for the existing tenants until the end of the lease, two rental boiler systems from Hagelschuer were recently installed in the industrial park at Pharmaserv. Our (S)Teamplayers from Bickenbach took over project management and carried out the necessary adaptation and expansion work in advance.
