Hagelschuer mobile boiler systems

Hagelschuer complete plants are an intelligent, flexible alternative to conventional systems.

The mobile power plant can also be expanded and aligned with new requirements at a later date.

If desired, a mobile power plant can be ready for operation within 24 hours; on location the "plug & work" container is simply connected with the site infrastructure. Hagelschuer mobile power plants are also available to rent.

Hagelschuer static boiler systems

Subsequent software changes, for example the actuation of further operating data, are highly economical here.

For us, the scope of services always includes the preparation of the permit documents ready for signing, incl. the requisite CAD drawings, as well as communication with the monitoring office responsible (TÜV), the regulatory authorities and the energy supplier. We are also able to support the TÜV acceptance process following commissioning, and provide comprehensive training for your operating personnel.

We perform the system engineering, the on-site pipe installation inside and outside the boiler house, as well as the requisite wiring works, commissioning and subsequent servicing or inspection works with our own personnel. Due to the extensive level of prefabrication, the assembly time - as with a container system - is reduced to a minimum.

 

The planning and realisation of energy and steam boiler systems are our core business. Our system engineering is characterised in particular by:

  • Steam boiler systems with a steam output of 300 kg - 50,000 kg/h with permissible operating pressures of up to 30 bar

Hagelschuer modular systems

The modular Hagelschuer boiler systems guarantee energy-optimised operation. All water treatment components are integrated in the systems.

Hagelschuer power plants are modular by design. The size of the respective unit can be individually planned and expanded at any time. Our systems are supplied to you ready for connection. Advantage: No boiler house is required, the systems have compact dimensions, the installation takes place quickly and a change of location is possible without difficulty. All maintenance areas are highly accessible.

 

Hagelschuer assures fast delivery times through

  • Our own product configurator
  • Reuse of equipment parts (individual equipment)
  • Assembly testing according to the pressure vessel directive, generally prior to delivery
  • Test run in the factory.

The structural parts of the container are galvanised, insulated roof and wall elements prevent condensation inside the container and have a noise-insulating effect. Non-insulated parts are galvanised or equipped with a protective coating. Where necessary, lines are produced in stainless steel.

The containers can be supplied in any desired RAL colour, therefore integrating very well in the visual appearance of your operation.

Heat Recovery Boiler Systems

For steam [saturated, overheated] (hot water) from 0.4 to 30 to/h (0.3 to 20 MW), operating pressure from 0.5 to 30 bar gauge pressure

Exhaust utilisation for

In this case, the boiler may be com­ple­men­ted with a pre-ac­tiv­ated burner that further burns off the exhaust gas that is fed in.
An ad­di­tional option is the com­bin­a­tion of a fired boiler with ad­di­tional waste heat flues. These waste heat ap­plic­a­tions improve the level of ef­fi­ciency of a system, because the thermal energy released into the en­vir­on­ment is able to be reduced and elec­trical energy is fre­quently able to be gen­er­ated for pro­pri­et­ary use on-site.

In order to attain good ef­fi­ciency levels and low exhaust gas tem­per­at­ures, multi-stage systems are fre­quently used. An al­tern­at­ive name for the waste heat boiler is the waste heat steam gen­er­ator, also referred to by the ab­bre­vi­ation HRSG (heat recovery steam gen­er­ator).

Set-up may be com­pleted both in boiler houses as well as con­tain­ers. A compact, tailored design provides the customer with a model specific to their re­quire­ments.

Diese Anlagen kenn­zeich­nen sich durch eine hohe Ef­fi­zi­enz aus, schonen somit die Umwelt und sind bei Maß­nah­men zur Ver­bes­se­rung des En­er­gie­ma­nage­ments der wich­tigs­te Faktor.

Die Be­triebs­kos­ten werden deutlich gesenkt durch die hohe Ef­fi­zi­enz und der gleich­zei­ti­gen Strom­er­zeu­gung zur Min­de­rung des Ei­gen­strom­be­darfs. Zu­sätzl­ic­he Förd­er­ung­en und In­ves­ti­ti­ons­zu­schüsse sind vor­han­den.

Unser Plus sind kun­den­ge­rech­te Anlagen. Durch eine freie Kom­bi­na­to­rik des BHKWs mit dem Ab­hit­ze­kes­sel wird die wirt­schaft­lichs­te Lösung für den Kunden um­ge­setzt. Dabei sind bei allen Mögl­ichk­eit­en von uns um­ge­setz­te Re­fe­ren­zen in einem Bereich von 0,6 bis 25to/h vor­han­den. Andere Leis­tun­gen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Eine weitere Mögl­ichk­eit der gleich­zei­ti­gen Er­zeu­gung von Dampf und Strom ist über eine Dampf­tur­bi­ne möglich. Hierbei kann auch der Dampf eines Ab­hit­ze­kes­sels genutzt werden. Die Dampf­druck­re­du­zie­rung kann ent­spre­chend des Dampf­net­zes an­ge­passt werden.
