Hagelschuer is available to its customers all year round, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. This also encompasses spare parts service, for which Hagelschuer maintains a well-stocked warehouse containing all of the relevant main components at all times. Spare parts are also stocked in Hagelschuer's well-equipped services vehicles.

Burner service

Hagelschuer offers a comprehensive, manufacturer-independent burner service. This assures a high degree of availability and efficiency of boiler systems, as well as compliance with emissions limits. Measuring and calibration work are naturally also included in the burner service offered by Hagelschuer.

Water service

Hagelschuer's specialist personnel test the parameters for the feed water quality as a certified service according to DIN EN 12953-10. A water analysis performed by our service technicians forms the basis for optimisation recommendations and alignment of the relevant parameters.

Maintenance and inspections

Testing the safety equipment according to TRD/ EN 12953;
Testing pressure limiters, water level limiters, emergency stop switches, flue gas slide valves, limit switches;
Testing all valves, fittings and display instruments on the boiler;

Checking all functions on the boiler including the monitoring equipment, as well as visual inspection of the electrical system of the boiler and equipment in the control cabinet and with external parts, visual inspection of the complete system, checking the emergency escape routes and the intake and exhaust air openings.

  • Doc­u­ment­a­tion of the repair including all the necessary cer­ti­fic­a­tion.

Preparation and support to TÜV inspections

The regulatory authorities prescribe mandatory internal testing and a pressure test for steam boilers and pressure vessels every three years. Hagelschuer offers to perform all necessary preparatory and preliminary works through to support during testing and subsequent recommissioning - efficiently and economically.

The preparations for TÜV testing include:

  • Preparation for the internal testing
  • Support to the internal testing
  • Closing the flue gas-side and water-side openings and recommissioning.
