Project of the month November 2024

The BrauBeviale in Nuremberg opened its doors yesterday! To coincide with this, we have uploaded our new “Project of the Month November” for you under the menu item References & Applications in the Food category.

Hagelschuer delivered a new steam boiler system to the Schumacher brewery in Düsseldorf. This is one of the oldest home breweries and is well known for its traditional Altbier.

In our new reference article, you can read why the project managers decided to install three high-speed steam generators (each with 560 kg/h x 13 bar g) without a heating coil and what on-site hurdles had to be overcome during the project.
