Rental boiler Laurenz takes over process steam supply

Does this sound familiar? No sooner is one project completed than the next rush order comes in. That’s how it was last week in our rental boiler department. The concept for rental boiler Josef had just been finalised when the next emergency came in:

In order for the vulcanisation of plastic containers to be carried out in a chemical park in the Cologne area, a suitable process steam supply had to be found quickly. The solution: a mobile rental boiler system.

The order came in on Thursday afternoon – and by Friday, Laurenz (2 t/h, 1.4 MW, 16 bar) and a 20 m³ oil tank had already been loaded. By Monday evening, everything was on site, and installation and commissioning went smoothly. Laurenz is now reliably supplying the vulcanisation process technology with the urgently needed steam.

The fact that we were able to respond so quickly is also due to the fact that Laurenz is allowed to travel without a transport permit under the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO). That’s how express logistics works at Hagelschuer!
