The grape harvest at the Ruppertsberg winery began on 05.09.2024. In addition to the many hard-working helpers, additional process steam was also needed at harvest time to heat the mash. Our Berni rental system (1.25/h, 0.92 MW, 2.5 bar) has been reliably supplying this for years.
Our (S)team players from Hagelschuer Rhein-Main GmbH & Co. KG and the responsible project managers at Ruppertsberger Weinkellerei are now a perfectly coordinated team. All the necessary technical adjustments were made in Bickenbach before delivery. prepared. The installation on site went smoothly because the exact positioning on the already prepared media connections is now child’s play for everyone involved. As the operation of the system is always identical, the initial preparations for commissioning could already be made following the installation. Thanks to the years of expertise and the excellent preparatory work, the system was ready for operation much more quickly.
