Second custom-built mobile steam boiler system

Our long-standing customer from Ireland has once again opted for a mobile steam boiler system in our tried-and-tested hybrid design. Two years ago, we supplied a custom-designed GH container system comprising two units placed one behind the other, housing all the plant engineering in a compact and ready-to-operate configuration.

The technical requirements for the new order were identical – however, the space available and installation conditions at the site had changed. It was not possible to install the GH containers one behind the other this time.
Our engineers therefore developed a bespoke new configuration in which the two container units can be placed side by side. This ensures the plant remains fully technically compatible whilst being optimally adapted to the on-site conditions.

For transport, we separated the modules, fitted them with temporary transport walls and loaded them in a weather-protected manner. The convoy is now on its way to Rotterdam, from where the system will be transported by ship to Ireland.

Our GH container solutions can be expanded to two or three units and, depending on project requirements, placed side by side, one behind the other or even stacked on top of one another. This allows us to offer maximum flexibility – for every location and every technical challenge.
