Its task: to drain condensate from the steam system without letting steam through. Sounds simple, but has a big impact. This maintains the energy efficiency of your steam boiler system and protects it from damage such as ‘steam hammering’. If you want to operate your system economically and without disruption, a steam trap is essential.
