Focus on process optimization
In order to optimize all internal processes, Hagelschuer decided to introduce a PLM system (Product Lifecycle Management). Starting with project management,design, procurement of materials, manufacturing and the subsequent plant documentation, everything will soon run digitally. Hagelschuer placed great emphasis on the master data management process. But also the interaction of various existing processes and the integration of the GH-Focus APP were important aspects.
With PRO.FILE from PROCAD, Hagelschuer has found the optimal solution to create the basis for end-to-end digitization.
