Emergency call-out with a bitter end
The boiler is leaking – and not just a little!
A customer called us: ‘Our boiler is leaking – can you take a look?’
Of course, our (S)Teamplayers went straight out to the site.
Diagnosis:
Sulphur deposits in the flue gas chamber had corroded the weld seams – allowing water to escape unhindered.
Result: Total loss!
Repair? Unfortunately impossible. The material was completely destroyed by the deposits.
Cause: Probably a defective desulphurisation system on the connected CHP unit.

Regular maintenance saves boiler life!
Early detection = timely action.
