We have been <strong>practicing<\/strong> a <strong>soft start for<\/strong> our <strong>trainees<\/strong> for several years. We attach <strong>great importance<\/strong> to making our <strong>newcomers feel welcome<\/strong>. To <strong>get to know<\/strong> our <strong>team and the company<\/strong> better, there is always a <strong>welcome presentation<\/strong> <strong>first.<\/strong> Afterwards, <strong>all organizational questions<\/strong> are clarified together with the trainers. After that, the <strong>company tour of<\/strong> the entire site begins. Even though today was not the very first day at Hagelschuer for <strong>Theresa, Alexander and Johannes<\/strong>, due to <strong>various internships<\/strong>, a little tension was still noticeable.<\/p><p><strong>In any case, we are very happy about the reinforcement and welcome you as future (S)Teamplayers in the
