Our <strong>Nico<\/strong> <strong>Johannsen<\/strong> is one of them! We are pleased that he has successfully completed his 3.5-year <strong>apprenticeship.<\/strong> Now he can call himself a <strong>plant mechanic<\/strong> (field of application: plant construction).<\/p>\n<p>For his <strong>final exam<\/strong>, Nico chose the &#8220;<strong>operational job&#8221;<\/strong>. Here he chose to <strong>assemble two feed pumps with suction sides, as well as build an overflow and drain line<\/strong> for a <strong>feed water tank<\/strong>. It is <strong>not only the apprentices who benefit from<\/strong> the <strong>advantages of<\/strong> the company order. Since the majority of Hagelschuer&#8217;s <strong>steam boiler systems<\/strong> <strong>are equipped<\/strong> with a feedwater vessel, the operational order could be <strong>easily integrated into daily workflows<\/strong>. With the help of a <strong>parts list and tool list<\/strong>, Nico worked out a <strong>detailed job plan in<\/strong> advance. The <strong>conscientious preparation<\/strong> and <strong>structured approach<\/strong> made it easier for him to subsequently attach the components. This allowed him to <strong>reduce the<\/strong> <strong>pre-planned time<\/strong> by one hour. Nico carried out the subsequent <strong>job inspection<\/strong> together with our <strong>training manager Martin Eiersbrock.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nico is already the <strong>ninth apprentice<\/strong> who has <strong>successfully completed his final examination as a plant mechanic at Hagelschuer<\/strong>. Of course, we are particularly proud of this!
