Hagelschuer is the market leader in Germany of stationary and mobile steam and hot water boiler systems for customers from all industries. As a customer service technician, you will be independently responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of steam and hot water boiler systems. Your tasks will include regular inspection of the systems, fault diagnosis and carrying out repairs and replacement parts. You will work closely with our customers to solve problems quickly and ensure reliable operation of the steam boiler systems in order to minimize downtimes.
Your tasks
- Carrying out inspections on industrial steam and hot water boiler systems
- Fault diagnosis / troubleshooting
- Commissioning new or rented boiler systems, including the water treatment system, combustion system, and all ancillary units for industrial heating technology
- Service-oriented/independent work as the first point of contact for customers
- Performing these tasks, especially for our international customers outside Germany and Europe
- Technical training of our international steam partners

Your profile
- Completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics engineer, or HVAC technician (professional experience is an advantage but not required)
- Ideally, knowledge and experience in measurement and control technology (MSR) and with fired heat generators (especially burners from Weishaupt and Saacke)
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as experience in international service
- A structured, solution- and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel extensively and experience in dealing with international customers
- Very good knowledge of technical English
- Preferred place of residence in Germany or the Netherlands
- Good command of German and English—if you also speak Dutch, that is a great bonus
