Mobile hot water boilers are the optimum solution if you do not have space for your own boiler house. The hot water boilers are pre-assembled by us in the factory according to your requirements. This minimises the installation effort on-site and reduces the assembly time. Mobile hot water boilers are also a flexible alternative to fixed systems for expansions and retrofits.

We offer our hot water boilers with heat outputs of up to 10 MW and operating pressures of up to 30 bar in a container design. We supply the system technology that is ready for operation and connection in compact GH containers. We adjust all settings to your requirements on-site. Of course, we will also take care of the complete transport permit procedure. Short set-up and connection times thanks to our experienced fitters.

Mobile hot water boiler system with outputs of 10 to 15 MW
Hagelschuer delivers hot water boiler systems in GH double containers for medium heat outputs of 10 to 15 MW. The price also includes obtaining the transport permits. We pre-assemble all of the system technology. The system technology is adjusted to the customer’s individual requirements on-site during commissioning.

15 – 24 MW mobile hot water boiler system
We deliver our system technology with high heat outputs of 15 to 24 MW that is ready for operation as a multiple container solution. This therefore provides weather protection for sensitive system parts such as the electrical supply, the switchboard or the burner technology. The systems comprise several modular container units. Free-standing smokestacks are delivered with a mobile concrete foundation for example.

Stationary hot water boiler system of up to 24 MW
When planning your stationary hot water boiler, Hagelschuer considers all of your requirements and the special features of the location. The system is operated by a PLC control system via a touch panel (5.7 or 10 inches). The PLC records all data regarding the process sequence. This can be used for preventive maintenance and to detect faults in good time. Remote access from your PC and remote maintenance by Hagelschuer service technicians is also available upon request, and subsequent software changes are also available.
We’d be happy to make suggestions for energy recovery measures to you. The system can be fired using industrial pellets made of fuel if required.
