We offer our hot water boilers with heat outputs of up to 10 MW and operating pressures of up to 30 bar in container design. We deliver the ready-to-operate and ready-to-connect system technology in a compact GH container. We adapt all settings to your requirements on site. Naturally, we take care of the entire transportation approval process. Short installation and connection times thanks to our experienced fitters.

Hagelschuer supplies mobile hot water boiler systems in GH double containers for medium heat outputs of 10 to 15 MW. The price includes obtaining the transport permit. The entire system technology is pre-assembled by us. The system technology is adjusted to the customer’s individual requirements during commissioning on site.

Mobile hot water boiler system 15 – 24 MW
We supply our ready-to-operate plant technology with high heat outputs of 15 to 24 MW as a multi-container solution. This guarantees weather protection for sensitive plant components such as the electrical supply, control cabinet or burner technology. The systems consist of several modular container units. Free-standing chimney systems are supplied with a mobile concrete foundation, for example.

Stationary hot water boiler system up to 24 MW
When planning your stationary hot water boilers, Hagelschuer takes all your wishes and site specifics into account. The system is operated by PLC control via touch panel (5.7 or 10 inch). The PLC records all process data. This is used for predictive maintenance and early detection of malfunctions. Remote access from your PC and remote maintenance by Hagelschuer service technicians is possible on request, as are subsequent software changes.
We will be happy to make suggestions for energy recovery measures. The system can optionally be fired with industrial pellets as fuel.
