FEED WATER MODULE
Performance characteristics:
- Feed water vessel with degassing tower including all fittings for heating, level adjustment (etc.)
- Complete water treatment (softening plant)
- Residual hardness monitor
- Sampling cooler
- Feed pump module including all fittings
- Blowdown tank including cooling device
- Independent electrical controller (if this is not performed by the boiler switchgear)
Hagelschuer feed water modules: configured and produced extremely quickly and adapted to the individual requirements.
Each feed water module comprises a profiled steel structure with screw-on chequer plate floor that is provided with an undercoat and a top coat. All required components including the corresponding fittings are installed on there.
All media lines and the required wiring work are pre-installed by us. This speeds up installation. The module can be connected directly to the existing boiler system. This removes the requirement for time-consuming interface alignment.
