Feed water module

Performance features:

  • Feed water tank with trickle deaerator including all fittings for heating, level control (etc.)
  • Complete water treatment (softening system)
  • Residual hardness monitor
  • Sampling cooler
  • Feed pump module incl. all fittings
  • Desludging tensioner including cooling device
  • Independent electrical control (if this is not taken over by the boiler switchgear)

Feed water modules from Hagelschuer: extremely quick to configure, manufacture and adapt to individual requirements.

Each feed water module consists of a steel profile construction with a screwed-on checker plate base, which is provided with a primer and top coat. All the necessary components, including the associated fittings, are installed on top.

All media lines and the necessary wiring work are pre-installed by us. This speeds up installation. The module can be connected directly to the existing boiler system. This eliminates the need for time-consuming interface coordination.
