Waste heat boilers generate superheated steam, saturated steam and hot water by converting the unused waste heat from exhaust gases or exhaust air flows into energy. The overall energy efficiency of your system is increased through the use of waste heat boilers. Hagelschuer only installs waste heat boilers from renowned manufacturers with the “Made in Germany” seal of quality in its steam boiler systems and hot water systems.

Waste heat boilers can be supplemented by an upstream burner, which burns out the supplied flue gas further. It is also possible to combine the fired boiler with additional waste heat passes. Waste heat applications increase the efficiency of systems by reducing the unused emission of thermal energy into the atmosphere and at the same time producing electrical energy for direct consumption.
Waste heat boilers can be installed in both boiler houses and containers. Their compact design enables customized versions.
