Operator training
Companies are legally obliged to ensure the safe operation of steam boiler systems by appropriately trained employees. Hagelschuer offers training for the operating personnel of steam boiler systems at regular intervals.
Tasks of a boiler attendant:
- Supervise the system and document its operation
- report any defects that become apparent on the system and incidents on the boiler to the persons designated by the operator
- To shut down the system if it endangers employees or third parties due to defects in the system

Training courses
Training for operating personnel
Two days of practice and theory
The training courses usually last two days, with one day dedicated to theory and the other to practice.
The theoretical part takes place in the modern training room at Hagelschuer, while the practical instruction takes place on site directly at the customer’s systems. At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate.
Both employees of Hagelschuer customers and non-customers can take part.
