No space for a boiler house? Hagelschuer supplies mobile steam boiler systems that are tailored to your needs in terms of equipment and size. Mobile steam boilers are the smart alternative to stationary systems.
Our mobile steam boiler systems are the ideal solution if your processes require full steam but you don’t have space for a boiler house or want to cover seasonal peaks with a mobile steam boiler. The mobile energy centers are pre-assembled in the factory to suit the customer’s specific energy requirements, installation situation and application. This includes all equipment components and the infrastructure for the supply of electricity, water or fuel at the plant. This reduces installation work on site to a minimum. The mobile energy centers are the flexible alternative to conventional systems, even for extensions, optimizations and conversions of existing systems.

Mobile steam generation with 600 to 1,250 kg/h steam output
The EUROSTEAMER-GHS 600 up to 1,250 kg/h container systems are suitable for low consumption of saturated steam, such as in animal feed plants or event breweries. The mobile steam generators are supplied in sea containers with attached chimney systems. The stainless steel chimney is 6 meters high. Alternative heights are available on request. Ready for connection and piped: up to 13 bar with hoses, from 16 bar only with fixed piping. The basic equipment includes Water treatment with softening in the container, feed water treatment with partial degassing and the dosing system. Remote monitoring is available as an option. The system can be extended with numerous components on request.

Mobile steam generation with 600 kg/h to 8t/h steam output
EUROSTEAMER-GHC container systems are designed for the supply of saturated steam in the medium consumption range up to 8 t/h. They are supplied in Hagelschuer’s own-brand GH containers. For increased energy efficiency, the mobile steam generators are all equipped with an economizer to utilize the residual heat from the feed water treatment. The height of the stainless steel chimneys is 6 to 13 meters. Other sizes are available on request. We recommend fixed piping for the connection lines. On request with remote monitoring, frost protection device and flexible connection pipe.

Mobile steam generation with 8 to 20t/h steam output
We recommend our mobile steam generators to customers from large-scale industry, the recycling sector, waste recycling and other sectors with a high demand for saturated steam. The systems are supplied in our GH container modules, depending on their size and scope. Common variants are double-decker containers, double containers or other multi-container solutions.

We deliver your ready-to-connect steam boilers in standardized sea containers (20 and 40 feet) or our own brand GH containers. The structural parts of the containers are galvanized. Insulated roof and wall elements prevent condensation and have a sound-insulating effect. Non-insulated parts are galvanized or have a protective coating. We supply mobile steam boilers over 12 tons in double-decker containers. Systems with two steam boilers and a feed water tank are set up in a double container. Our containers are available in all standard RAL colors. For seamless, harmonious integration into your premises.

The mobile energy centers are ready for use within 24 hours of delivery, depending on requirements and performance. Our specialist staff connect the container on site using plug&work to the operational infrastructure on site. This means that the system can go into operation shortly after delivery. Fast and uncomplicated.
