Our service
Our burner service
Hagelschuer offers a cross-brand burner service. This ensures high availability and efficiency of boiler systems as well as compliance with emission limits. Measurement and calibration work is a natural part of Hagelschuer’s burner service.
Our water service
Hagelschuer experts examine the parameters for feed water quality as a service certified in accordance with DIN EN 12953-10. A water analysis by our service technicians forms the basis for optimization proposals and the adjustment of the relevant parameters.

Elements of every inspection carried out by Hagelschuer at a glance
- Checking the safety equipment in accordance with TRD/ EN 12953
- Checking the pressure limiter and water level limiter, emergency stop switch and flue gas slide limit switch
- Checking all valves, fittings and indicators on the boiler
- Checking all functions on the boiler including the monitoring device
- Visual inspection of the boiler's electrical system and equipment in the control cabinet
- For external components: visual inspection of the entire system
- Checking the escape routes and the supply and exhaust air openings
