Mobile boiler houses: Like HAGELSCHUER sea containers but designed as HAGELSCHUER special containers as a mobile boiler house including sufficient space to comply with the workplace directive; however, due to the boiler size, only including boiler controller, sludge tank and smokestack, etc. as a system that is ready for connection; suitable water treatment systems etc. are available as mobile and completely equipped HAGELSCHUER container systems that are also ready for connection = “ready-2-plug-and-steam”

System technology completely ready for operation in a container unit
Renting steam boilers made easy. For small requirements and low consumption, we can provide you with our steam boiler system that is completely ready for operation in an emergency or for changeover work as a sea container solution. No transport permit is required for the systems of up to a maximum of 3 t/h according to the highway code. We can therefore deliver your rental steam boiler within 72 hours. The on-site set-up time is one to two hours. The systems are suitable for small animal feed companies or event breweries.

We can supply you with rental boilers for up to 30 t/h including weather protection for sensitive system technology such as the electrical supply, the switchboard or the burner technology. The complete transport permit procedure is our job and naturally included in the price when you rent a steam boiler from Hagelschuer. Our trained staff take care of proper setup and commissioning. Renting a steam boiler really couldn’t be more convenient.

DELIVERY AND SETUP TIMES
Our smallest steam boilers with outputs of between 600 and 1,250 kg/hour are available for rent and we can deliver them to you “immediately” within 72 hours without a transport permit in a sea container. Medium sized ones are delivered in our GH special containers. Large systems as of 12 t/h are in the abnormal loads category. Of course, we will take care of the individual transport permit.
When setting up our rental boilers, you can benefit from our experienced specialists. We promise you short set-up times for the container systems and the large boiler systems.
Please note that mobile cranes for unloading on-site are normally required and that the systems must be installed on a level, load-bearing surface. A solid foundation must therefore be present on-site. Smokestacks with a height of up to 30 metres can be supplied free-standing with mobile foundations.
