Sea containers: are usually fully equipped container systems including boiler control, water treatment, feed water tank, deaerator, blow-down tank, chimney system = “ready-2-plug-and-steam”
Mobile boiler houses: Like HAGELSCHUER sea containers but designed as HAGELSCHUER special containers as a mobile boiler house including sufficient space to comply with the workplace directive; due to the size of the boiler, however, in exceptional cases only including boiler control, blow-down tank and chimney system etc. as a ready-to-connect system; suitable water treatment systems etc. are available as a mobile and fully equipped and ready-to-connect HAGELSCHUER container system = “ready-2-plug-and-steam”.

System technology completely ready for operation in a container unit
Steam boiler hire made easy. For small requirements and low consumption, we can provide you with our fully operational steam boiler system as a sea container solution in an emergency or for retrofitting. No transport permit is required for systems up to a maximum of 3 t/h in accordance with the StVO. Accordingly, we can deliver your rental steam boiler within 72 hours. The installation time on site is one to two hours. The systems are suitable for small feed companies or event breweries.

The complete, ready-to-use system technology can be combined with modular container units from our portfolio of accessories and system add-ons. We supply you with rental boilers up to 30 t/h including weather protection for sensitive plant technology, such as the electrical supply, control cabinet or burner technology. The entire transportation approval process is our job and is of course included in the price when you hire a steam boiler from Hagelschuer. Our trained staff will take care of the professional installation and commissioning. There really is no more convenient way to rent a steam boiler.

Delivery and setup times
Our smallest steam boilers with capacities between 600 and 1,250 kg/hour are available for hire and can be delivered “immediately” within 72 hours without a transport permit in a sea container. Medium sizes are delivered in our special GH containers. Large systems from 12 t/h fall into the special transport category. In this case, we will of course take care of the individual transport permit.
When setting up our rental boilers, you benefit from our experienced specialist staff. We promise you the shortest installation times for container systems and large boiler systems.
Please note that mobile cranes are generally required for unloading on site and that the systems are installed on a level, load-bearing surface. A secure foundation must therefore be available on site. Chimney systems up to a height of 30 meters can be supplied free-standing with mobile foundations.
