Hagelschuer installs complete system incl. boiler house
A Hagelschuer steam boiler system was installed at TAG Composites & Carpets GmbH in Krefeld in December 2017. The three-pass boiler has an impressive output of 15.5 t of steam per hour and complies with the European EN 12953 standard.
The task
In addition to the planning and design of the complete steam boiler plant, the special feature of this project was the additional construction of a boiler house in lightweight construction.

About the plant
It was important to the Krefeld-based specialist for the finishing of technical textiles and carpeting to connect directly to the existing building fabric and the existing supply lines. With its dimensions of 12,000 x 6,000 x 7,000 mm, as well as its thermally insulated design, the new lightweight hall meets all the specified criteria. The exhaust gases are discharged via a 13 m high sound-attenuated chimney system.
