Our aim is to supply you with a tailor-made solution for your particular application. You cannot meet this demand with off the peg solutions. As a leading steam and hot water boiler manufacturer, we have designed our entire company range to your issues when it comes to industrial steam supply. We do not just plan and supply, but are also there for our customers as an integrated partner during and beyond commissioning, with training and service offers.
We have made a conscious decision to place our trust mainly in products from German manufacturers for the components and modules. The “Made in Germany” indication of the country of origin stands for quality, the ability to deliver and security of supply for us.
MAXIMUM
EFFICIENCY
The halls and adjoining office buildings in Buldern and in our branch in the industrial area of Bickenbach are heated using heat pumps. In addition, regenerative solar panels are installed on the hall roofs. We can therefore obtain our entire required energy and heating from the sun’s energy, electricity that is not required is fed into the public mains.

What do we do for this as the leading manufacturer of steam and hot water boiler systems?
Our customers require steam or hot water generation for their production processes. The modular design of our boiler systems makes energy-efficient and resource-saving operation easier right from the start.
Burner technologies can be adjusted and replaced without complications so that they are state of the art. We reduce sources of loss and generate outstanding effectiveness with modern technology in all energy-critical parts of the systems. In comparison to standardised, off the peg steam or hot water boiler systems, our system have the lowest consumption values. In new systems and boiler refits, we always tailor the burner size to your company’s current energy requirements and adjust the energy and system technology so that it is state of the art.
Our demand
Our demands for environmentally friendly actions are just as high as our demands on quality and economic efficiency. Using natural resources sparingly, thinking and acting ecologically are self-evident to us. We want to keep our and our customers’ ecological footprint as small as possible.
FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT
We produce more than 1 MW of electricity per hour with our systems (specific output). This is significantly more electricity than we require for production and administration on both sites. We feed the excess (green) electricity into the public mains.

One tailor-made system per week leaves our company on average. We hark back to 30 years of experience when doing so. As a system provider for the complete range of services for efficient steam supply, service and consultation are in the foreground for us.
10-15 % of all steam boilers sold in Germany were made by Hagelschuer. We have the largest and most modern range of mobile steam and hot water systems for rent. Our rental boilers are in use across Europe.
Our long-standing and loyal customers include companies from the food, industrial, economic and service sectors, as well as chemical parks and energy system operating companies in Germany and the EU.

Proximity to customers is important to us and not just in the figurative sense. That is why we opened a second site in Bickenbach in the Rhine-Main region in 2019. Our customer service fleet takes care of steam boiler systems through Germany from Bickenbach and our headquarters in Dülmen-Buldern.

In our online shop, we stock more than 10,000 spare parts and components from renowned German manufacturers. We react quickly to short-term orders and send without delivery fees.
