Due to the extensive level of prefabrication, the assembly time on-site with you is reduced to a minimum. After commissioning, we remain available to you as a reliable service partner.

Permits for your steam system are our job
We’ll take care of preparing all permit documents that require a signature to operate your steam boiler system. In order to ensure that you feel well cared for and relaxed all round, we will communicate with the inspection agency responsible (TÜV), the authorities and energy suppliers on your behalf. Of course, we won’t leave you alone after commissioning. We’ll assist with the TÜV acceptance and train your staff.

OPERATING STEAM SYSTEMS COULDN’T BE MORE CONVENIENT
We ensure that the stationary steam and hot water boiler systems are very convenient to operate by using PLC control systems. The systems are operated via a touch panel (5.7 or 10 inches).
The PLC records all data regarding the process sequence in a clear way. Therefore, possible damage can be detected in advance and historical data can be used in the event of a fault to determine the cause. Remote access from your PC and remote maintenance by Hagelschuer service technicians is also available upon request, and subsequent software changes are also available.
