Your tasks

As an office management assistant, you will work in various departments at Hagelschuer during your training. You will support colleagues in Sales, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics, among others. You will carry out commercial, administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating personnel files, monitoring stock levels, recording receipts and much more. You will also take on secretarial and assistant tasks, compile statistics and maintain customer data. In this way, you will get to know the operational processes and structures and maintain an overview at all times. As an expert in written and verbal communication, you will write letters, e-mails, notes and minutes or answer telephone inquiries.
