Your tasks

As an office management specialist, you will pass through a wide range of a departments at Hagelschuer during your apprenticeship. Among others, you will support colleagues in the sales, purchasing, HR or logistics departments. You will perform specialist management and organisational tasks such as processing orders, compiling personnel files, monitoring stock levels, recording documents and much more. You will also perform secretarial and assistant tasks, create statistics and maintain customer data. In this way, you will get to know business processes and structures, and keep an overview at all times. As an expert in written and verbal communication, you will write letters, e-mails, notices and logs, or answer telephone queries.
