Your tasks
- You are the ERP key user & the interface between our competent key users and our user software (APplus (ERP), PRO.FILE(PLM))
- You assist with monitoring the IT service provider and its control
- You continue to develop the future-proof digital ecosystem by working together with our IT consultants and our competent key users in the specialist fields
- You are the interface between our component key users and our user software
- You develop ideas and innovative concepts for implementing new requirements, partly in conjunction with our internal software developers or third-party suppliers
- You work independently with a clear focus on customers and service

Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT system specialist, IT specialist for system integration/application development with initial work experienced in an IT environment or a degree in IT or business data processing
- Initial experience in the controlling area, as well as experience in administration in the client and network field (ideally, you already have the corresponding certifications)
- In-depth understanding of IT security concepts and technologies
- Microsoft 365 and MS Teams are familiar tools for you
- Preferably initial work experience in service and project management, business intelligence/controlling
- Experience in the area of web applications, experience in scripting with Java and SQL highly desirable
