Burner conversion enables flexible fuel selection and compliance with the 44th BImSchV

Brennerumrüstung

It is a matter close to our hearts not to waste any unnecessary resources and raw materials, especially at Christmas time.

Using a small practical example, we will show you the advantages of a burner conversion today. Our customer, a manufacturer of pet food products in the premium segment, decided to retrofit a burner as part of the 2022 energy situation. Instead of the previous gas-only firing system, the company from the greater Bremen area wanted to switch to a combination firing system. We therefore equipped the existing boiler (3t/h, 10 bar), which was built in 2010, with a new firing system. The conversion enabled our customer to kill two birds with one stone. In addition to the flexibility in the choice of fuel, there was another decisive advantage: compliance with the emission values of the 44th BImSchV. Although this will not come into force until 2025, there is no need for our customers to take any further action now. The

Delivery and integration of the oil supply rounded off our Hagelschuer delivery and service package in this example!

From design to commissioning, all services were provided from a single source. Our customers in particular benefit from the Hagelschuer advantagestechnical know-how, short information paths and direct contacts.
