Career with education – the best are honoured!
Steffen Doliff (22) passed his Chamber of Industry and Commerce final exams as a system mechanic (system construction field) with a mark of “very good” in the summer. Torsten Merten was out and about on behalf of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and paid a visit to Georg Hagelschuer GmbH & Co. KG in order to hand out the award certificate, to congratulate the former apprentice and apprenticeship company, and to express his respect.
Normally, all apprentices who pass their final exams with a mark of “very good” are invited to a separate event known as the best honour. Due to the current situation, this is not taking place this year. Nonetheless, this did not stop Mr Merten from handing over the certificate personally to Steffen Doliff and Georg Hagelschuer.
Georg Hagelschuer GmbH & Co.KG is an apprenticeship company that is recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and that has been training four different jobs at its Buldern site since 2016. Steffen Doliff is already the seventh apprentice to complete his system mechanic apprenticeship successfully and the second to receive the best mark.
On the one hand, this speaks for his excellent personal and technical attributes but also for the high quality of the apprenticeship. There is a competent team behind this technically demanding, versatile and practical apprenticeship. Georg Hagelschuer thanked the trainers Jakob Renpening and Martin Eiersbrock again for their excellent performance.
Apprenticeships are close to our hearts at Hagelschuer and have been developed continuously further in recent years. The apprentices are therefore offered more than just a future-proof job. The various apprentice events such as carting or bowling are incredibly popular. But also the numerous additional benefits ensure that the apprentices bring their personal and technical competencies and can develop them fully. Steffen Doliff is an outstanding example of what apprentices and companies can achieve together.
