Our client, a service company from the food industry, needed for the The company needed to connect its steam boiler system to the production line with approx. 31 m long supply lines. We therefore built a corresponding pipe bridge consisting of a steel truss construction made of I-profiles. These are braced longitudinally and transversely.

The bridge construction is a bending girder construction that complies with DIN EN 1990, 1991, 1993, 10025. It was designed in such a way that it can be divided into 3 parts for transportation. On site, we first set up the GH container system as a mobile boiler house. We then reassembled the tubular bridge on the finished concrete foundations and bolted the individual parts together. We then laid two steam pipes, two condensate pipes, a cold water pipe and the gas pipe on the cross beams. Our pipeline construction professionals once again took care of the planning, statics and production for this project. Thanks to the optimal preparation, our fitters were able to erect the pipe bridge quickly and easily on site and lay the pipes with the help of just a few crane lifts.
