Hochdruckkondensatbehälter aus Chrom-Nickel-Stahl

Eighth graders and parents take note!

For the curing of sand-lime bricks and aerated concrete, a brick hardening boiler is used in the building materials industry for steam curing. Here, the finished bricks are pushed in for the drying process and cured under high pressure with the help of steam supply. Condensate is produced during every drying process. According to the technical rules for stone-hardening boilers, draining devices are required to remove this water. This ensures that the hot condensate cannot escape unhindered. Since the condensate is contaminated during the drying process, it must be collected in the high-pressure condensate tank , cooled and then discharged. Our customer operates several stone hardening boilers at the same time in his plant. Due to the constant load changes and extreme temperature fluctuations, the condensate tanks are affected in the long run and stress cracks develop. These are noticed either during operation or during the regular pressure tests required by law. If a container shows damage, it must be replaced immediately.

Since Hagelschuer has its own tank construction department, which can draw on more than 20 years of specialist expertise, the customer turned to our experts with confidence. They designed new condensate tanks based on the original drawings and made all the necessary calculations. Chromium-nickel steel has been used as a material in our factory’s production to increase the durability and service life of the tanks. Chrome-nickel steel is particularly resistant to temperature fluctuations and can withstand extreme loads. From planning to manufacturing to installation, Hagelschuer takes over all work steps. At Hagelschuer, the principle of “everything from a single source” counts!

We manufacture condesate tanks in all common variants. Please contact our tank construction department directly here!
