Friedel has signed on the container ship MSC Shannon
Successful cooperation with our project partner DECONINCK from Belgium
Our rental steam boiler Friedel (2.6 t/h, 20 bar) is currently taking over the process steam supply on the container ship MSC Shannon. The actual ship’s boileris defective and the necessary repair work is somewhat more time-consuming. Therefore, Friedel supplies all steam consumers with saturated steam as soon as the ship is anchored in the harbor.
Friedel is a completely equipped and fully functional steam boiler plant installed in a Hagelschuer special container. As a mobile boiler house, the plant is thus immediately ready for connection and requires only fuel and water for steam generation. The water isprofessionally prepared via theintegrated fully equipped water treatmentplant.
The repair of the ship’s boiler is carried out by the company SAACKE from Bremen. The installation and commissioning as well as the service work on site was completely taken over by our partner DECONINCK from Belgium.
