CONTAINER EXCHANGE IN JUST ONE DAY
The company Borgers SE & Co. KGaA from Bocholt is a worldwide operating partner of the automotive industry and specialized in the development and production of acoustically effective components. At the company’s Hamminkeln site, an existing plant was exchanged for a rental boiler plant in just one day.
The task
The existing mobile plant, manufactured by Hagelschuer in 2016, was to be moved to another location. In order to secure the process steam supply in Hamminkeln, the existing plant was replaced by a Hagelschuer rental boiler without further ado. The rental container plant “Anton” now supplies the required 2 t/h of steam.

After dismantling in Hamminkeln, the existing plant of the Borgers company was taken directly to the Hagelschuer plant in Buldern for technical reprocessing.
After the proper TÜV inspection, the system is set up, installed and commissioned by the Hagelschuer team of experts at the new production site of the Borgers company.
