Rainer rental boiler plant delivered to Max Bögl
With more than 35 locations worldwide and over 6,500 employees , Max Böglis one of the largest technology and service companies in the German construction industry. Many years of experience and expertise in high-precision precast concrete construction distinguish the company as an important driving force in the development of innovative products, technologies and construction processes.
The task
For research and development purposes, the Max Bögl company rented the Rainer rental boiler plant (3.2 t/h, 16 bar) for the site in Sengenthal, Germany, incl. 5 m³ oil tank at Hagelschuer.
The challenge
The process steam was fed through a 10 m long DN 80 hose line.

The fully equipped container facility measures 12 m in length, is 3 m wide and 3.20 m high. The built-in boiler supplies 3 t/h of steam at 16 bar operating pressure and is fired by a combination burner. In order to be able to guarantee the fuel supply at the selected production site, Hagelschuer directly supplied a suitable 5 m³ oil tank. The 2000 l feedwater vessel with integrated economizer takes over the entire feedwater treatment of the plant. The process steam is fed through a 10 m long DN 80 hose line. The waste gases produced are discharged via an integrated 10 m high chimney system.
After the installation and commissioning , thanks to the self-sufficient and directly operational container plant, the in-house tests for process optimization in concrete production could start directly.
