HIGHLY COMPLEX, TECHNICAL PLANT SHIPPED TO RUSSIA
As a project partner for efficient steam supply, Hagelschuer delivered a complex, state-of-the-art steam boiler plant to Russia.The customer is a specialist for the development of plants in the field of aerated concrete and sand-lime brick production, among others.
The task
In the future, process steam will be required for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete at the newly built production site approx. 200 km southwest of Moscow. The on-site steam boiler system with 16 bar operating pressure is equipped with a large automated steam distributor. This controls the correct steam supply to the five connected autoclaves. At the customer’s individual request, a vacuum system was integrated into the plant technology for heat recovery.

The 8,000 l feedwater tank as well as the steel support structure of the manifold and the steam manifold itself, are completely manufactured by Hagelschuer. Here, of course, the customer benefited from Hagelschuer’s many years of expertise in tank construction, which the company has been promoting for 18 years.
The planning and technical implementation of the project required an increased amount of time. In addition to the technical elaboration, the approval process and the associated detailed documentation also took a lot of time. The hard work has paid off, and the plant is currently in trial operation.
