44th BImSchV - stricter emission limits

Did you know that the 44th BImSchV came into force in Germany on 20.06.2019? It is the forty-fourth ordinance implementing the Federal Immission Control Act and the national implementation of the European Directive 2015/2193/EU for medium combustion plants (Medium Combustion Plant Directive or MCPD for short) issued on November 28, 2015. The common goal is to significantly improve air pollution control.

This is why stricter emission limits will also apply from 01.01.2025 !
