Harries Mühle - mobile energy center delivered as GH container plant
Hagelschuer delivered a new fully equipped GH container plant (2t/h, 10 bar) to Harries Schälmühlenwerk GmbH & Co. KG in Groß Ippener. The Harries Schälmühlenwerk is one of the most modern oat and specialty mills in Germany and processes oats, barley, wheat, rye and spelt into high-quality cereal flakes and other grain foods.
The task
In order to be able to continuously expand production capacities, Harries needed more process steam. This additional demand is now covered by the new mobile steam boiler plant in the GH Container. It has been delivered directly ready for connection as a highly efficient energy center in its own boiler house. The plant fully complies with the European standard EN 12953. Thanks to the integrated economizer and the use of waste heat, the well thought-out system technology achieves energy savings of at least 5-6 %.

The mobile steam boiler plant was already the third project that Hagelschuer was allowed to implement as project partner for Harries Mühle. Already in 2017, Hagelschuer was involved in the new construction of the mill at the new location in Groß Ippener. Here, the experts took over the complete engineering, the construction of the first GH- container plant (3.2 t /h 10 bar operating pressure) and the extensive pipeline construction on site.

Project partner mediates Jule before completion
Our rental boiler plant Jule (3 t/h, 2.1 MW, 16 bar) had not yet been completed when we received the first inquiry from our project partner CAL Trading from the Netherlands. A dairy plant for goat milk needs an additional process steam supply as a temporary solution for approx. 2 years for the expansion of its product range. The customer’s requirements were high; in addition to a fully equipped container facility, the customer also wanted the ongoing operating costs to be as low as possible.
